Having Trouble Login In?

Have you entered your information correctly?
Make sure that you are typing in your Username and Password correctly.

Have you activated your account yet?
When you register your Membership profile with us, before being able to Login, you must go to your Email Inbox (or sometimes, Junk Email folder), open the Email Confirmation Request that was automatically sent to you at that time and click on the activation link to be able to Login and access your Account.

Are cookies enabled in your browser and/or firewall software?
If you're having trouble Logging in, or the Login screen repeatedly appears, make sure your cookies are enabled. Cookies must be enabled on your computer in order to Login to our website. Cookies are usually enabled by default in most web browsers. When you Login, your Username and Password are stored in a cookie and saved on your hard drive for the duration of your visit to our website. Using cookies allows you to access your Account and to use our online databases from anywhere without having to Login several times.
Cookies can be restricted by adjusting the security settings in your Internet browser or by settings in firewall applications that you may have running on your computer (e.g. Norton Internet Security, Norton Personal Firewall or ZoneAlarm). Check that your browser and/or firewall software allow session cookies.
You can do this by clicking on "Tools" on your Browser, then "Internet Options", then Enable Cookies or set the Security Setting to anything but "High".
For example, with Internet Explorer 7.0, click on "Tools", "Internet Options" and then select the "Privacy" tab and check that the setting is set at Medium (not high). This will allow the use of both session and persistent cookies.
Once you've completed all of these steps, we strongly suggest that you clear your Browser's cookies. Just go to "Tools", "Internet Options", "Browsing History" and click on "Delete". Close all your Open Web Browser Windows and re-start. This should fix it!

Is JavaScript enabled on your computer?
Many areas of the website will prompt a message using a JavaScript pop-up window. To check that your browser has JavaScript turned on, look in "Tools", then on "Internet Options" and finally on "Preferences". JavaScript is usually enabled by default in most web browsers. Also, if you have any kind of a pop-up suppression software (a computer application used to suppress pop-ups commonly used in web ads), it may prevent your ability to various functions/features by blocking our pop-up window. Check the options in your software about allowing exceptions.

Are you using a current Web browser?
